In the concept for the public realm at the Shagal residential complex, we are reimagining the role of shared spaces within the capital’s business-class segment. This area serves as a conceptual extension of the private courtyards yet remains accessible to all city residents; it is distinguished by a concentration of functions and a sophisticated layout. The landscaping and design solutions will boost the commercial potential of the ground floors in the residential buildings by creating a comfortable urban environment and iconic points of attraction.

Along the boulevard, one encounters distinctive architectural features that symbolize various elements of the aquatic world: a children’s play maze (inspired by sea corals), outdoor pouf-style seating resembling sea pebbles, a "whirlpool" play area, and a "wave" workout station. Each of these elements has been custom-designed to underscore the high status of the residential complex.
The project’s landscaping concept is based on the imagery of a flowing stream and a canyon. The plants were selected to ensure year-round visual appeal while creating the effect of moving water. The design incorporates multiple levels of greenery, establishing a sheltered environment and a striking aesthetic. This approach fosters a connection with nature and creates a multi-layered landscape.
